In January 2008, Baltimore City Community College (BCCC), Goodwill Industries Chesapeake, and Chesapeake Entrepreneur Center (CEC) partnered to offer a entrepreneurship program to expand BCCC's non-credit course offerings. The course offers hands-on skill-sets training critical to success in today's work environment.
